Associate - Financial Advisory - 上海
助理-财务顾问
岗位职责:
• Conduct industry research and research on specific business issues by leveraging different materials, i.e. annual report, prospectus, etc.
• Understand the business, operation and revenue model of the target company, and analyze business and financial information
• Perform interviews with companies' senior management to obtain understanding on the company‘s historical performance, brand positioning and development plan
• Conduct cold calls to collect basic information on the industry or on company itself
• Draft questionnaire based on industry understanding and project requirement, participate in expert interviews
• Participate in and assist with the drafting of report and/or other reporting materials to clients

职位要求:
• Bachelor degree or above in any disciplines while taxation, accounting, finance, economics, law, computer science, Japanese, Korean or a business related discipline preferred

Associate - Data Analytics-香港
助理-数据分析
岗位职责:
• Recognize the operating model changes within specific functions required to achieve an organization’s strategic vision
• Understand how business functions operate and how use of technology impact a client’s business by keeping up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of process and technology
• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
• Manipulation of data sets to understand their meaning and recreation of database systems to assist in providing business insights to clients
• Build intuitive charts and graphs, organize insights and define logical flow to tell better stories with data using innovative visualization tool
• Conduct and/or participate in early testing and quality assurance to validate prototypes and uplift standards
• Deliver results for clients by applying technology domain knowledge and appropriate methodologies

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality
• Applies data mining tools and technology (e.g. SQL) to extract useful information from a variety of data sources (structured and unstructured)
• Performs advanced and predictive analysis (e.g. regression analysis) to identify patterns and anomalies
• Delivers data-based insights to senior team members to support fraud detection and prevention initiatives
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about and working with new and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices, and Agile software development methodologies
• Ability to understand requirements and map to technical implementation
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Apply finance knowledge to effectively diagnose a fraud or crisis situation and/or help stabilize a client’s business
• Identify, measure, and mitigate the impact of frauds and other business threats, using Deloitte’s advanced research and analytic capabilities
• Investigate and compile case information to critique the adversary’s position and help build the client’s position
• Apply statistical, econometric, and financial expertise to translate structured and unstructured data into useful information
• Anticipate emerging threats through the use of market-leading technology to uncover possibilities that others may fail to find
• Manage own work in an ethical manner with a continuous attention to quality and risk rules, and confidentiality

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science and Information Systems Management. Other degree major will also be considered
• Ability to gather, organise and analyze electronic data, documentation, and publicly available information to identify anomalies and/or potential patterns of misconduct or fraud, using Deloitte’s data and document management capabilities
• Strong analytical and communication skills with high commitment to quality client service
• Fast learner, with flexibility and adaptability to work in different service lines and on different industries
• Good business sense and high sense of integrity
• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
